Our Urgent Care Center provides care for patients three months of age and older every day with less waiting time, less cost, and more convenience than a typical hospital emergency room. We're located at 6 Wellness Way in Latham, NY. Simply walk into our office at the North Entrance of Wellness Way during business hours for care - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sometimes your regular doctor’s office isn’t available, or you don’t yet have a primary care physician. Community Care Physicians’ Latham Urgent Care Center is designed for situations that require immediate attention but aren’t life-threatening enough to be worth a visit to the emergency room.

You never need an appointment, and we treat patients three months and older. We also accept most major insurances. Whether you have a runny nose, a sore throat, or need attention for a minor injury or illness, our practitioners and staff at Urgent Care can help you – just walk in!
Our Urgent Care Center is staffed by board certified family physicians, certified physician assistants or nurse practitioners.
CCP Urgent Care Centers are not a substitute for emergency care.
For life-threatening problems, use a hospital-based emergency department.
