- Rule out fractures and plaster splinting until orthopedics follow up

- Sprain and strains
- STAT lab testing (mono,strep, pregnancy, flu, urinalysis) and non STAT lab testing (STD, lyme, other blood tests)

On-Site Imaging
Lab services are available during our daytime business hours at Latham Urgent Care.
X-ray is available most evening and weekend hours.
CT and ultrasound are available on the weekends.
Please note, X-ray is not available on holidays. Each imaging test is reviewed by Community Care Physicians’ sub-specialized radiologists from ImageCare Medical Imaging.
Physicals
- Pre-employment, school, camp, sports, and coast guard are now $175.00 — not including PPD, Tetanus and Flu, which are additional charges.
- DOT physical for $200
- Immigration physical for $300
CCP Urgent Care Centers are not a substitute for emergency care.
For life-threatening problems, use a hospital-based emergency department.
Always contact your primary care doctor first to determine if you should be seen in the office, at our urgent care, or if you need emergency care at a hospital.
